- Set brass caption standards and rehearsal priorities for Legion Drum & Bugle Corps.
- Lead sectionals and full-ensemble brass instruction across the season.
- Help shape a healthy caption culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Collaborate with other caption heads and leadership on show readiness and performer growth.
