- Teach marching brass technique and ensemble skills in sectionals and full ensemble.
- Support caption leadership during rehearsals, camps, and clinic days.
- Specialize in trumpet, mellophone, baritone, tuba, or related voices.
- Model clear teaching and a growth-minded rehearsal environment.
